BFG Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 I really just want to check if the upgrade from 10.4.8 to 10.4.9 was successful so I click on about my mac, and the screen fades to black, then everything appears again. My system specs are EVGA 7800gtx 512 (Working with titan/bios rom hack) DFI Infinity 975 X/G Intel Core 2 Duo e6600 @ 3.6ghz Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS If anyone can offer suggestions on how to resolve this issue that would be great! xtremeskier97 Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 try installing loginwindow from 10.4.4 there are many treads about this issue, try searching. this is correct..on the uphuck 1.3 DVD its called loginwindow.10.4.4. just pop in the dvd and install it straight from the disk..then reboot..you will be good to go.
