lakerslive2004 Posted June 19, 2007 Share Posted June 19, 2007 I installed OSX on a separate partition, I'm pretty sure I installed it correctly..I used disk utility to erase the partition and make it HFS journaled or whatever. I'm trying this on a dell 5150 pentium d 2.8 ghz, 1gb ram, 256 mb video card (radeon x600). I've successfully installed OSX86 before. It installed, I pressed "skip" when it was checking the disk, and I didn't install the printer drivers, language translations, or AMD support. I'm trying to use OSX86 10.4.8 JaS.Okay, on to my problem. It said "restarting in 30 seconds" at the end of the install and i pressed restart, and it started booting, gave me the white apple screen and then the screen went blank, like the feed was gone from my computer, although it was still on.
