Moduliz0r
Is it safe to install this update? it's just, that when I originally had OSX86 (kernel 8.8.1/OSX 10.4.8) installed on my USB external hard disk, I updated this and when I rebooted, OSX wouldn't boot. It just restarted after the Darwin/x86 text, and I just don't want to bugger up my new install on my internal HDD. Does anybody know if this update is safe to download? frizbot
I think it was. There are few benefits though, so I haven't bothered, and it's advisable to not update if things are working well already. Better to download a new release rather than update I believe, since they'll come with the most recent patches and improvements.
