sebastianbf
Hello everyone: Yesterday I tried to install OSX86 on my emachines m2352 laptop. I got a panic error all the times I tried to install it at the first part of the installation process. I got a messa e that said that I had to restart my computer. I used this version of OSX86: Mac OS X 10.4.7 AMD/Intel (JaS) ISO Repack. Today I realized that my computer has a Mobile AMD Athlon XP, 2200 MHz (16.5 x 133) 3000+ processor (Barton) that doesn't come with SSE2 or SSE3 support , just SSE. Does this have to do something with the error I'm getting? Is there anyway I can install OSX86 in my laptop? Thanks in advance Sebastian

Sorry to tell you, you need at least SSE2 for OS X to work on your machine, The Baron.

The Baron
You could always try Ubuntu linux, then grab Beryl/ Compiz. You'll get some great eye-candy effects, a decent OS & you'll learn some *nix while you're at it - will come in handy when you get some OS X compatible hardware.
