kramer2k Posted June 7, 2007 Share Posted June 7, 2007 Ok, I've been looking into getting some TV recording ability with my hackintosh, and happened to stroll upon this little beauty...it's got it's own encoder and uses USB (not pci thank god). However, the support is very very sketchy...some would say non-existent.. But came upon this page for linux, and was wondering if it would be possible to port it to OSX...and seeing that I have no clue whatsoever on coding or compiling, I thought this was the next best thing... http://www.linuxtv.org/vdrwiki/index.php/H...ppauge_PVR_USB2 Thanks to those who can help or give advice! System profiler does see it as a WinTV, even sees the serial number, vendor ID, product ID, and manufacturer! I've also tried eyeTV, but it's not supported...doh!
