Z0l Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 Hi i've just installed JaS OS 10.4.8 on an ASUS S-presso machine, everything worked flawlessly, but the video card and sound card. I've started with the sound card, i've spent some hours trying to fix it, and one time, when the kext loaded fine, i plugged my earphones to the mic in slot by mistake, and sound was coming out of it!!! If i don't check that out, i might still be trying to configure those kext's... Anybody experienced such behaviour? I think my soundcard is an ICH5, but i'm not sure, i've never had windows running on that machine, and i don't want either. I'll try fixing the video card tomorrow and post the results.
