Pozican
Right, natively I get a 'waiting for root device' so I installed via vmware, and I hope I can get it running natively eventually. Anyway, this is on a laptop and the touchpad and keyboard are ps/2 devices, I finished the install via vmware, and I went to boot it up for the first time, and I get a messege that says that I have no keyboard plugged in. Ok, so I got a tip that there is a PS/2 kext out by Maxxuss -- so I grab it and I put it on the cd and remake the Extensions folder, so that I can reinstall. However, that makes the kernel panic on ACPI. So is there a way to get ps/2 stuff working? Thanks, Poz Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/5280-8f1111-vmware-and-ps2-mice-and-keyboards/ Share on other sites
