I recently installed vmware running XP and OSx (x86). :) (This forum proved priceless when doing so!)

While XP works flawlessly (for XP), I encountered couple of minor problems with OSX.

1. CDROM - CD ROM refferes to /dev/cdrom - which is correct, but OSX keeps ejecting the CD tray any time I close it. I had to disable the cdrom in vmware.

2. I seem to be stuck with the default 1024x768 resolution. Any ideas how to force a different resolution? Or if its possible to sync the resolution with vmware window size?

Thanks for your help
