Ethernet & Wireless on Dell 700 M

Hi Guys

I installed Hackintosh on Dell 700 m and that works Really Good?

 

But i have couple problems i have googled lot but couldnt find exact solution for my problem

I have screen resolution problem

Networking problem

Wireless doesnt work?

 

Does anyone knows solution for this
