georger Posted May 23, 2007 Share Posted May 23, 2007 Hi Guys, I have 2 problems since i have installed MAC OS X 10.4.8 on my laptop. 1. When i try to play movies, when in full screen, i get some slow motion "effect" . I have to mention that when i installed my system, I used the default driver (i didn't checked the box for ati mobility driver. In fact i have tried to use that but after instalation, when i rebooted my machine, the screen turned black, so i decidet not to use it). I have tryed this with mplayer, vlc and other popular players 2. When i try to shutdown my machine it seem to hang at the bloo screen and i have to shut down my laptop manually (from the button). I have to mention that i have some successfuly shutdowns when the computer is in the docking station. Here i have to say that my laptop never enters in standby or sleep Everythig else works fine and i have to say that i am impressed. kalzone Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 I have Kalyway 10.5.1 running on a T60 as well and I am getting 1400X1050, which is pretty cool. Don't have the wireless or the sounds working yet!! Still looking for the fixes for these.
