thegodfaza
I just upgraded to Vista. When I did, Vista overwrote the MBR(knew that would happen). Is there a way I can boot osx from the windows boot manager or can someone post the way to restore the darwin boot manager. I would prefer the windows boot manager. raggedjagged
place the Chain0 file from the osx86 CD/image into the root of your C: drive and then use EasyBCD (google it) to set up a new boot entry pointing to that file. (or use EasyBCD's built in function to boot into osx86 ) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/51887-vista-overwrote-mbr/#findComment-370669 Share on other sites
