Mini PCI-E Wi-fi?

i have an acer aspire 5610-4648

and it came with a Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Mini PCI-E card

that and the built in webcam are the only pieces of hardware that i still havnt gotten to work with os x 10.4.8 JaS

im tempted to just buy a new wifi card that works nativly or there is a workaround.. i was gonna buy the ar5005g but that is mini pci not pcie

if i buy a pcie airport extreme card will that work or will there be a confilct since it is a mac hardware and i have a true pc mobo... also any help on getting my webcam working?

p.s. one more thing.. i installed the touchpad driver off the wiki osx86 site and now the tapping works but virtual scroll is still absent any help with that too?
