68jimmy Posted May 20, 2007 Share Posted May 20, 2007 I had a shuttle sb77g5 laying around (see specs here http://global.shuttle.com/Product/Barebone/SB77G5.asp) It was running winxp prior and booted with no issues. I used Jas' 10.4.8 DVD for the install, it booted from the DVD and completed the install with no problem. On reboot though it failed to boot and just hung on the bios splash screen. I cleared the cmos per the directions supplied with the box and now it shows nothing on the screen! It powers up, I have disconnected most everything but still no luck... Did osx kill the cpu? I have used the same DVD image on two dells, a D600 and a XPS box with no issues. Any ideas welcome! thanks in advance donovan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
