Sal
I used a JaS 10.4.8 install DVD and after that I installed the Jas 10.4.9 update. I'm not sure if the clock was slow after the 10.4.8 installation, I updated right away to 10.4.9. Does anyone know what I can do to make the clock accurate? Thanks *edit*I just edited my boot.plist with my fsb speed. Seems to be okay so far. I'll have to keep an eye on it. Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/51478-1048-install-then-1049-update-clock-runs-slow/ Share on other sites
NeuralSpark
I did the same thing but now my clock runs REALLY fast. It gains 4 hours overnight. Can you post the details of your FSB entry? What is your FSB speed? Remember you have to divide that by 4, and then enter that number into the boot.plist. My fsb was 533 so I entered 133, and now it works great.
