Hello to all!

Great forum you guys have here! Congratulations is in order :(

I finally got a new computer, and want to try and create a dual boot system.

I already have vista, and want to give a try on OSX 10.4.8

Before i start working on it, and having read already a lot of forums and advices, being this forum the best there is, what do you experts think of my configuration:

Board: Intel DG9650OT with chipset P965/G965

Graphics: Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3000 onboard graphics subsystem

Audio: SigmaTel STAC9271D audio codec

Processor: Intel Core2Duo 6320

RAM: 2GB RAM PC2-5300 @ 667Mhz Kingston (4x512mb dual channel)

Hard Drive: HDD SEAGATE 250GB 7200RPM 8MB SATAII

DVD Drive: SAMSUNG SH-S182M DVD-RW Drive

Keyboard and mouse: Logitech MX300 Wireless

On your opinion, do you think my hardware is compatible with mac os x?

I've read on the forum that there are not any drivers yet for the graphics X3000, hopefully soon there will be.

I also read that the chipset P965/G965 is not yet fully supported by OSx 10.4.8

Is this info correct? Should i just wait before starting to create new partitions :)?

Has anyone with a similar hardware setup succefuly instaled OSx and has a fully working dual booting system?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hope to ear from you soon, so that i can start working on my dual-boot computer :)
