Has a solution been found yet?. I´m installing Jas Amd + Intel SS2 and SS3 release. P.D. I forgot to say I read that it is possibly produced by pc not reading the mac partition of the dvd but I don´t know how to solve this. If anyone could help help here I would be really gratefull. ecr24901 Posted May 15, 2007 Share Posted May 15, 2007 I have a MSI P965 Neo mobo and am running osx86. DVD drive needs to be hooked up to ICH8 SATA, so you can buy a SATA drive or an IDE to SATA adapter. I have my hard drive hooked up to the JMicron SATA. Make sure to patch .iso with the ich8x.ppf so you don't get the "still waiting for root device" error message...
