PS/2 keyboard not recognized?

I downloaded/burned the Mac 10.4.8 SSE2 from demonoid.com, and when trying to install that on my Thinkpad R51e, it shown that "PS/2 keyboard not recognized."

Confused... Why such thing happen? and coz root device not found, i can not coutinue the installation.. what a mess -_-!

Rather than make a new thread I will just tag on to yours ;) I just installed OSX 10.4.9 and during the install process where you format and name the partitions my mouse and keyboard worked fine (they are both USB) But now that I have OSX installed my mouse does not work :( Anyone have any suggestions?

Do your USB input devices are not work??

Or you PS/2 mouse/keyboard not work??

 

now I am using a USB mouse + PS/2 keyboard

They work without using other patch software
