Ti multiple card reader/ usb issue

ok sorry if anyone has covered this ?

i have a toshiba satellite a135-s4427, got most everything working properly apart from the wifi{intelPRO/Wireless network connection 3945ABG, 802.11a/b/g}

and my built it 5in1 bridge media adapter{T i multiple card reader}

and my usb ports freeze when i have a storage device hooked up,they recognize the device but when i transfer a file it will transfer about 20mb then freezes the system and i have to force quit and reboot ???

anybody know any fixes for these issues ??

 

my system: toshiba satellite a135-s4427,intel centrino core duo 1.73 ghz,2mb l2,533mhz, mobile intel 945GM Express chipset,2gigs ram,running osx 86 10.4.8 updated to 10.4.9,with latest netkas kernel{native install}
