Sevrilis Posted May 5, 2007 Share Posted May 5, 2007 I have installed 10.4.8 on my system everything is working except the sound, although I can see the audio volume slider bar at the top of the screen and can adjust it. In system profiler i see under audio that it reports "No audio built in", however I certainly do have a built in on board audio. My motherboard is an Asus K8V, I have tried many drivers from previous threads on this subject and done the commands that people suggested like "sudo -s, password", etc.. Anyone have any ideas?
