Hello, sry for my english, I´m a german.

I just downloaded these Release Mac OS X 10.4.9 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1]

I had burned the Image on a Dvd and then I boot. But after I pressed enter and the black screen with white font came, it freezed. There only comes the message Still waiting for root device and I cant`t press anything.

My System is a Amd 64 3000+ with sse2, a ati x800pro, 1024mb ram and windows xp.

whats means these message and is ther something I have to do first, before booting?

The reason why this happens is that your drives are not setup right for OS X, check the setting for mast/slave and play about with them. It may also be the case that OS X dont support your drive so consider using a IDE instead of SATA.

I wish someone would put a sticky about this, it's rather simple why it does this.
