MrFoo
Hi, I have a Sony VAIO with Intel GMA 900 graphics. Networking, sound, CI, QE all work with 10.4.3 (maxxuss' latest). There is a well-known issue with laptops and GMA 900 graphics: you must boot with an external monitor attached... even if it's turned off. Otherwise, you just get a blue screen. The only workaround I've seen involved using the plain VESA driver, and losing Core Image and Quartz Extreme. Hmmm... I don't want to do that. Maybe I can boot with some sort of dongle plugged into the VGA port, since it seems to work even if the external monitor is turned off. But has anyone come up with a workaround? EDIT: Sorry, I see this is being tracked on another thread: http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?showtopic=
