Smart Boot Manager on USB stick

I have a MSI P965 Neo mobo and we all know the Jmicron wont allow me to install OSX86 natively.

 

So i've seen some people use Smart Boot Manager (a.k.a btmgr) to boot the X86 dvd from a USB stick.

 

So i have a USB stick, and SBM installer (sbminst.exe) but i don't know how to install it on the stick. Couldn't fint any helpful info on the offical site of SBM.

Anyone to help a step by step installation? (No i do not have floppy!!!)
