macbrush Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Hi! Just wondering whether this is normal in 32bit CPU even with PAE enabled. I can see 4GB in About This Mac, and in System Profile. But OS can only use 3.25GB. My mobo is kind of weird, they had a problem with memory over 3.5GB with the firmware in the past, and they fixed the problem by displaying only 3.25GB in the BIOS, but all 4GB should be accessible by OS according to documentation. But since the OS X can detect all 4 1GB RAM module, so I figure this might not be related. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
