ezilagel Posted April 23, 2007 Share Posted April 23, 2007 Is it possible to add a core image effect to the complete screen of OS X and have it run real time? Maybe a program? I know shapeshifter applies core image to individual pictures in a theme, but not the complete screen. It creates a completely different effect. It would be sweet to have it look like this. This is the suspend screen of VMWARE FUSION. Looks pretty sweet if you ask me. At least something close. ezilagel Posted April 25, 2007 Author Share Posted April 25, 2007 Making a program with Xcode / quartz composer seems to be the best bet. It can't be too hard to do. I've been messing around with it, but just don't know enough about programing. I'm sure Leopard will utilize this.
