Lt. Xenodite
I recently bought another 320GB SATA2 hard drive. I now have two identical ones, plus a 160GB that I run Windows, Linux, and OSX from, and I was planning to put the two 320s in RAID0. I am using a DFI LANPARTY NF4 Ultra-D motherboard, and I wanted to know if it was possible to do RAID0 for data only (no boot needed) but accessible (read and write) from Windows and OSX. I already set up the array in BIOS and Windows recognizes the array fine. I haven't created any partitions on it yet. OSX Disk Utility sees the two separate drives. Yes, I have searched, but to no avail. Thanks for your help, Josh Edit: The array is setup in hardware right now, Windows needed the Silicon Image driver disk that came with my motherboard to detect the array though. I'm trying to see if there might be the same drivers for OSX.
