wedtm Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 Okay, so I'm a complete noob when it comes to this, so please let me know if I'm doing something wrong. I installed JaS 10.4.8, but for some reason the Built-in Ethernet is greyed out and I can't get any ethernet connection. My FireWire shows up perfectly but the ethernet doesn't work. I've tried replacing the IONetworking kext to a 10.4.3 one, but that didn't help. I'm at my wits end here, and really don't know what to start. Can you guys help a poor noob here?
