macgirl
Did you try "Graphics Mode"="WidthXHeightXDepth" at boot or modifying com.apple.Boot.plist? scandic
Did you try "Graphics Mode"="WidthXHeightXDepth" at boot or modifying com.apple.Boot.plist? Well, not yet - thank you. But I killed my fresh install right now using the ATI drivers from the last release Will give it another try later. Brywalker
I tried this: "Graphics Mode"="1280x1024x32" by modifying com.apple.Boot.plist and it never works! At boot, I can't do it because of a messed up USB thing to where I don't have keyboard at boot, and if I set it in the BIOS to BIOS control USB OS X doesn't have keyboard / mouse when it boots. scandic
Well it works up to 1280x1024x32 by modifying com.apple.Boot.plist. However, this resolutions is a {censored} on windows already so it sucks major on OSX. I hope time will bring us 1600x1200 Edited December 1, 2005 by scandic Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/4910-success-on-5yrs-old-hardware/#findComment-32920 Share on other sites
