blank screen....

when i try to apply the patch, pressing -v -s, after that (i don't remember the name/address of that patch) the kernel gives me an error, telling me that is impossible to do that, and if i try to pass over that, my screen shut down (blanck screen), and the only things i can do it's reboot and set XP the active partition to use it....

 

anybody can help me?

i hope being understandable, i'm not good in english.....

More information would certain make the guesswork much easier, without knowing your hardware configurations, installed OS X versions/patches, update version, kernel version... etc etc... It is impossible to offer anything at this point.

 

However, I have one suggestion, always do a full backup which you can restore the whole system from, before you do any major (or even minor update in case of hackintosh) update or patch on your production system.
