juaid
Hi! I downloaded JaS.10.4.8.Intel.SSE3.Only.Install.DVD.iso to install on my Sony Vaio VGN-FE880E laptop. When booting from the DVD to install, it stops at the very beginning with a kernel panic Booting with -v option shows this (took a pic with my cam): http://67.15.66.48/DSC03223.JPG I was told in Hackint0sh to delete appleintelCPUpowermanagement.kext This would be easy if the MAC OSX was already installed on my laptop, or I guess if I reached the package selection stage, but this kernel panic occurs inmediately, 10 seconds after I boot from the DVD to install, so I don't know how to proceed I got good Linux management, so is there any way of passing any parameter at boot time, in order to get to shell and do something, or any parameter to pass to the bootloader so as not to load power management related stuff or anything? Or should I use any other install image or method??? Thanks in advance, Juaid
