X1600 dual screen help

5 posts in this topic

Hi all,

I'm Mintro and I have recently switched to Mac OS X. I like Mac OS X but there is a small problem. I have 2 screens and I can't extend my desktop.

I have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+, ATI Radeon X1600PRO Agp, 2x LG Flatron L1919S, OS: JaS Mac OS X 10.4.8, Video Driver: Natit Universal

I have search on Instantly Mac for a solution but I only find bits and pieces. So I’ve tried a lot but it wont help. Kext won't load and a lot of other problems.

The 2 screens are now in mirrored mode but that was so ever sins I installed Mac OS X. If i go to the properties menu it doesn't say I can set 2 screens.

Please help me, I really like 2 screens and I’m used to it :thumbsdown_anim: if it doesn't work I think I go back to Vista (A).

Gr,

Mintro

P.S. My English is a bit bad. I'm Dutch.
