abhi262 Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 hi, i think i managed to install successfully but after the installation, it asks me to reboot my computer. i do as it says and when i reboot, it seems to go into mac as i see a grey apple logo and after a few seconds, i see a spinning star. the star spins for a while and after this, the whole screen goes black and nothing happens after this. when this happens, i am forced to manually shut down the pc by holding the power button. here are the specs for my computer Dell Dimension 9150 intel pentium 4 with HT technology 1gb ram ATI Radeon x600 series 3.00GHz Windows Vista ultimate p.s. i am trying to install this on a 110gb USB hard drive which i did format before installation. the installation .iso i used is called "Mac OS X 10.4.8 [JaS AMD-Intel-SSE2-SSE3 with PPF1].iso" thanks in advance for any help.
