naqnil
I have an IBM Thinkpad A31: Intel Pentium 4, 1,6 GHz 512 MB RAM 40 GB HDD ATI Radeon mobility I succesfully installed the JaS 10.4.8 Mac OS with Titan support for Nvidia/ATI cards. When I boot my computer after installing, it loads the OS, and after som loading the Apple logo slowly fades away into a blank white screen and the computer crashes. Does anybody know what causes this problem? And what can I do to solve it? I am a newbie to this, but I am really eager to learn! .NetRolller 3D
That appears to be a problem with Titan. The fade-to-white effect is QE/CI starting up, but apparently, it fails. I don't really know how to uninstall Titan from single-user (maybe that's what you need), but you should try Natit (not Titan!) after you fix it. Also, what do you get after a -v boot? (F8 when booting, then enter "-v" as your boot mode, choose your drive, and photo what you see before it locks up. (With the -v option, you will get the kernel messages. That's what we need.)
