darwin on vmware gsx 3.1

using vmware gsx 3.1 on windows xp sp2 p4 2 gb of ram

vmware config

vmware - other - freebsd

hard drive IDE 10GB

CD-ROM : darwinx86-801.iso

NIC 1

Memory 256

 

booting up fine but its gettin on " Still Waiting for root devices" also vmware error pop-up with

" your virtual machine has sent a cd-rom command that we have not implemented, The command packet was: 0x43 0x2 0 0 0 0 0x80 00 "
