Hi, i am Italian, so excuse my bad English.

I have an Acer Travelmate 2700wmli, Intel Pentium 4 (3 GHz, Extensions SSE2 and SSE3), 512 MB R.A.M., 60 GB Fujitsu Harddisk.

I have installed tiger-x86-flat.img via dd. Raw copy of the img goes well. No errors. I have modified my boot.ini, and i have booted Mac OS X. Either i give -x, -F, -v ecc. , the system is *VERY* .... slow, and only a few times, if i am lucky, i am able ti see the login window, but however i cannot do anything, 'cause it does not recognize both integrated keyboard and Synaptic Touchpad. However in most cases it not arrive to the login windows, it hangs on gray apple windows or to blue mac screen. So i booted in verbose mode, -v: It recognize my CPU and its extensions (SSE2, SSE3 ecc.ecc.ecc.ecc.), it switch in graphic mode (1024x768). I've tried to patch with maxxus patch, in single user mode (the only mode i can boot safely.... ), and nothing.... i have tried to give a "platform=X86PC", and it freezes after some strings, with:

AppleGenericPCATADriver: CMD 0x1f0, CTR 0x3f4, IRQ 14

AppleGenericPCATADriver: CMD 0x1f0, CTR 0x3f4, IRQ 15

I am not a *nix/linux newbie, but this time i am not able to find a way to boot.... Please give me some help.... Thanks

I also deleted ATI* from /System/Lybrary/Extension, AppleTCMACPI.ketx (or similiar, i don't remember exact name now), but without results. It hangs up and/or too slowly goes on. Any suggestion, help, kinda stuff ? I think my hardware is compatible.... the stranger thing is that it does not recognize neither integrated keyboard nor synaptics touchpad.... please help me
