TaC
I'm totally lost with this PC, HP nc6320, Centrino duo with Intel GM950. I have tried many releases of JaS 10.4.8 and 10.4.7, and tried to install each of them a bunch of times. I think i have installed OSX more than 40 times. In all cases, i get different errors, including hangs on install, hangs on startup logo, kernel panics and, the last one (the closer i get to the OS), black screen with the capability of moving the mouse. I thought it couldn't install in this machine, but i search the forum and find some guys who use the system without problems in the same laptop. Please, any of you could help me? Sorry for my bad english. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/46721-hp-nc6320-tried-all-ways-no-luck/ Share on other sites

gn!uz
It will probably not work even after disabling one core. I have the same problems on a hp nw8440 core duo (t2600). Installation is ok but 1st boot hangs with kernel trap pagefault=14 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/46721-hp-nc6320-tried-all-ways-no-luck/#findComment-344994 Share on other sites
phsynet
Bump. Any luck on this front? I've got the same notebook and no luck. Kalyway 10.5.2 loads and successfully runs installer, but hangs on boot (apple screen, sometimes makes it to a blue screen). I tried stepping back to Jas 10.4.4 and get kernel panics even with cpus set to 1. Really would like to help develop drivers, etc, but have to get a bootable system first. Ideas? Thanks!
