GBK.Xscape Posted March 26, 2007 Share Posted March 26, 2007 ok so when i go to capture footage from my video camera,using fw, i cant hear anything. i tried capturing some video and when i played it back the sound is there. does anyone know how i can get the sound to work so i am capturing i can hear it? I know with the camera's I've used, it's just a simple matter of turning up the volume on the camera. Whether it's muted or not, the sound is still captured. Although I'm still a little confused as to what you mean. thewhitestpony Posted May 30, 2007 Share Posted May 30, 2007 when in the log and capture window, click the settings tab and make sure video and audio are both checked. when capturing, no audio can be monitored from the mac.. what i usually do is plug my computer speakers into my camera or mini dv deck to monitor audio while capturing..
