Sigmatel sound on my d975xbx board

For some reason, despite my best efforts, my sound still isn't being recognized. I've swapped in DaemonES's kernel, and I've run the Sigmatel9221.txt with AppleHDA Patcher v1.15, and my hackintosh still doesn't see my onboard sound.

 

I wouldn't think too much of this, except that other people have gotten sound working who have the exact some motherboard as me (or so the OSx86 wiki has said). I've tried the Sigmatel9221 file, the Sigmatel9221 -D file, and even the Sigmatel9220 file.

 

Has anyone else encountered this? What should I do?

 

I'm running a 3 GHz Intel Pentium D processor on an intel D975XBX motherboard, OS X version 10.4.8 with the DaemonES 8.8.1 kernel, and using AppleHDA Patcher v1.15.
