A few months back when i started this whole OSX86 thing, i remember very very clearly that my processor only supported SSE2, but just recently all three programs that i have profiled my computer with reported that my processor supports SSE3 now... CPUZ said so, Everest said so, even system profiler said so. There has never been any BIOS updates for my computer (Its pretty new), and i know for a fact that i didn't upgrade my processor :thumbsup_anim: , So do you think that this is reliable? If so, do you have any compelling reasons for me to reinstall with an SSE3 version?

Indeed, that is it. Thanks for the info, maybe i missed something back in november when i first ran the scan thing lol. Also, thanks for that link, i had no idea that i had HT support, they should really list these things on the stickers.

always research, thats the key!

also if you have semthex's kernels you dont have to worry about updating to sse3, it does it by itself :thumbsup_anim:
