Acronis OS selector...i cant boot from cd---help!

i am making this steps to instal XP and Mac OS X (http://dilnalomo.googlepages.com/xposx03) , but i cant make the instalation...because i cant boot the dvd of os mac os x form Os selector....i dont understand...i think..i am not doing anything wrong....please helpme...

 

i try too install mac os x and windows xp(i complete the step 1 and 2, from guide)....(acronis os selector),but in the Acronis OS selector, when i put the dvd of mac os x, the Os Selector show`s "boot from cd", and i select this option...and nothing happend...apears a black msdos screen and never boot the mac os x dvd...i dont understand...it suposed to work....but never reads the dvd...

Okay, I havent tried to use Acronis to boot from a DVD but I'm guessing you shouldnt. Okay, start from scratch. Make 2 partitions, one for mac, one for XP. First install mac, then after that, install Windows XP to the other partition. Windows will take over the MBR and pretend Mac doesnt exist. Thats good. So, after that, just use the acronis disc and install os selector. After that you'll see both show up on the selector screen (mac's boot will say something like "Unknown Os" just rename that to Mac OSX for cosmetic's sake.

I`m a lucky user of Acronis OS Selector. Works fine on my rig. Maybe u should check ur DVD is bootable at all? U know, BIOS setting and stuff...
