insider1984
I have a Intel 945GSM and Intel 950 Video Card built in. I installed using Jas 10.4.8 AMD Intel SSE3 SSE2 DVD disk. I did choose "Intel SSE3 option" and "Install most common drivers". On restart the Apple logo comes up and the spinning "wait" is great. Typically first start would give you a quit video of the Apple logo and you hit enter to register etc. Unfortunately after the white apple screen the screen scrambles and I can see that everything is working but I can't see anything to try and fix the issue. I think what I need to do is boot into the terminal (no gui) and hopefully be able to manually change the video resolution/refresh to match my LCD monitor better. I boot into single user mode and there I sit. Unknownly stupid when it comes to fixing resolution problems like this. Funny thing is that may back in the Mac OS X public beta I had to do this once but that was 7 years ago! =-)....
