HDTV Satellite Receiver Connector for Powermac G5

I have been looking all over the place for a way to watch live HD TV on my Powermac G5's, I have 4 of them. I pay a lot of money to Dish to get the HD channels and everything else. I want to be able to watch record and possibly store the HD programming for future viewing.

 

Wouldnt it be great to have a receiver that could output the HD signal (full 1080p) via ethernet to be stored and distributed. There is a cool product, check this out:

Then one could switch seamlessly between live TV and stored programming (creating your own VOD).

 

Thoughts, Ideas, suggestions? Just wanted to pick brains. Thanks. THough an immediate need is for a HDMI card or DVI input card to be able to watch HDTV on the powermac via a satellite receiver. Thanks.
