astacun
I am using crossover to install an unsupported application I use to work from home. The application requires the addition of a database file .ini after it is installed. When installing on regular windows machine, the file is extracted to a specific directory. When you run the application, it automatically accesses the database file. I installed the application in my Mac using Crossover and I can't seem to figure out how to add the database file. After installing the application, I open the extractor and specify the directory, but whenever I try running the application it says that the database file does not exist. I have tried manually dragging and dropping the file to the c: directory where the file is supposed to be, but it doesn't work. The app appears to be looking for the database file in a i: directory instead of c:. I think it is something that can be fixed if I put the database file in the right place, I just can't find the i: dir and I don't know enough about computers to solve this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Astacun Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/45831-help-with-crossover/ Share on other sites
