Post Install Need Assistance Vista + OSX on 2 SATA HDD

This is my PC Build:

 

Asus P5B Deluxe

E6400 Intel Core 2 Duo Overclocked to 3.2GHz

(2) 250GB Western Digital caviar SATA Drives

Pioneer 111D Dual Layer DVD Burner

Second DVD Drive

Asus USB Wifi Adapter

 

 

I have installed OSX on one of my drives and I plan to install Vista on my other, getting delivered today.

I have done a lot of reading on the forums and searched near and far but there is no definitive setup for

this board anywhere. So my question is first, I want to get OS X to recognize all my devices. My DVD

drives are working that is all. I need to get my USB ports recognized, my audio working, my ethernet ports

working and so on. I have read the posts about this board and I am having trouble editing the kext files,

I do not know my way around the commands in terminal. Can someone please provide me with some step by step,

instructions on how to get this board working with OS X so I can have a stable system running. After I get

OSX stable I want to put Vista on my second drive and have a dual boot setup. Let me know what you guys think

and if anyone has the patience to help me I would greatly appreciate the help.
