AmatakiRock
I installed a copy of vista tonight to my baseline white macBook, and the vista works perfectly fine with the excetion that it won't let me boot back into os x! I used bootcamp to partition space for vista and then after restarting with the install cd in, installed it to the partition I made and everything went pretty smoothy. I have sound and wireless support and all that good stuff. When I try to boot back into mac os, I get the grey "You need to restart your computer..." screen, and that is even after trying to force boot from the install cd or holding option and selecting my os X partition when turning the computer on. I searched around this forum and tried clearing my PRAM like in another thread, but no dice . Vista is nice and all, but I would really prefer this stay a macBook, with a usable mac os instead of a Windows'd apple brand laptop heh.
