Internet connect Problem

I use the HUB to connect my two PC. But I can't connect the internet when i boot the One inside XP.

I must boot the HUB & MAC OSX first~If i boot the mac later, I can't got the right IP address(Right: 192.168.0.1 Now:169.138.1.63)

My hardware:

System: Jas 10.4.8 AMD SSE2 SSE3

Mainboard: k9n neo-f (nf550)

Network: Nforce - Vitesse VSC8601 (on borad)

If some guys had same problem. PLS tell me the solution.Thank you very much

PS: another question. how can i boot the mac os x on Vista

Maybe someone can give me the newest nforce network drivers~(I used the Default Driver in the Jas 10.4.8 DVD now!)
