Osx disk corrupted?

I'm experiencing some errors when copying files on my osx volume; so i've done a diskutil to repair the disk from boot dvd.

But everytime i do the disk repair i get this error:

 

Checking HFS Plus volume.

Checking Extents Overflow file.

Checking Catalog file.

Incorrect number of thread records

Checking multi-linked files.

Checking Catalog hierarchy.

Checking Extended Attributes file.

Checking volume bitmap.

Checking volume information.

 

this error is not being corrected... so what can i done?
