TSFroggy Posted March 14, 2007 Share Posted March 14, 2007 Hello all, Just installed a fresh copy of Intel JaS 10.4.8 onto my computer. Specs: Intel 975X BadAxe2 Motherboard E6600 Seagate 7200.9 160GB HDD 7600GT Now, this is the first motherboard which has just taken me straight to the install screen and let me install it. Now, when I boot it up, however, it gives me the Apple No Smoking sign. I'm not sure how to make it spit out a list of errors either. With my reading I have found that you sometimes need to patch DVDs with certain things to make them run on certain installations. Can someone please point me in the right direction? MyghKaR5b Posted March 14, 2007 Share Posted March 14, 2007 I have the exact same setup as you. I install OS X fine and reboot but the mobo doesn't see my Harddrive as a bootable device.
