shanjack
Hello. I am running jas 10.4.8 using GMA 900 on an ASRock Board with Pentium 4 and 1 GB of ram. I have been for quite a while. Afer a recent reinstall I have been unable to get SIMS 2 to run. It will bounce in the dock and then not launch. It worked fine previously. I have tried the newer Semthex kernel along with kernels on the install dvd. I can not locate what is different from this install from my previous install that is making SIMS 2 not launch. It is the same machine and the same release that I used previously. I know I am forgetting something, but I have no idea what. I have searched the forums, but have not found a solution. Any help wold be appreciated. Thanks for any help. shanjack
I was able to resolve this problem by installing the most recent GMA package from JaS and also updating Quicktime.
