patkitchen Posted March 14, 2007 Share Posted March 14, 2007 I just bought an intel board (can't remember the model, its a 915 chipset though) + Celeron D(64 bit 3.06ghz) and a broken A8N-SLI + working Athlon 64 3000+ for 20$CDN. He's a dumbass and tried to remove the metal bracket that supports the heatsink bracket from the botom with a screwdriver and scratched one of the tracks on the motherboard. I'm thinking that i could try and RMA it through work because i'm pretty sure they wouldnt look under the bracket for scratches. Has anyone done anything similar and had it work?
