royalistic Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 Hello everybody, at first I want to say sorry for my bad English, years have passed since I had English in school. First I've downloaded Mac OSX 10.6 and it seemed to be working pretty good. Installation went easy and after reboot I had my Mac OSX. Few days ago I downloaded Mac OSX 10.8 and tried to install, but after installation and reboot, i only get the Mac OSX Bootscreen for about 5 seconds and then an Message appears and says that I have to push the Reset-Button on my PC. So I tried it again by pushing the reset-button but the Message comes again. Has anyone an idea why I can't boot the 10.8 Version(I've installed the right Patches I think!)? Is it possible simply to Update the 10.6 to 10.8 to get it work? What's better in 10.8 (better Hardware Support...?) ssimon Posted March 12, 2007 Share Posted March 12, 2007 There are several flavors of the Jas 10.4.8 DVD, look for the one with ICH7R fix from bikerdude! I had the same issues till I used that one! Search for it on the green demon... Good luck!
